HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose your sticker size and quantity.
2. Upload your artwork file.
3. Add any notes about border style, QR code use, sizing, or deadline.
4. I’ll send a digital proof through Etsy Messages.
5. Reply APPROVED when everything looks good.
6. Your stickers are printed, cut, packed, and shipped.

TURNAROUND

Proofs are usually sent within 1 business day.

Orders ship within 48 business hours after proof approval.

Please note: the 48 business hour production window starts after you approve the proof, not when the order is placed. Delayed approval may delay shipping.

AVAILABLE SIZES

1 inch stickers
Best for QR codes, tiny logos, envelope seals, small promo stickers, mini tags, and compact designs.

1.5 inch stickers
Best all-around size for small business promos, creator stickers, event drops, packaging, and small decals.

2 inch stickers
Best for bolder logos, larger QR stickers, campaign stickers, merch inserts, and designs with more detail.

Need 2.5", 3", or a larger custom size?
Message me first for a quote. Larger stickers use significantly more sheet space, so pricing depends on the design shape and final layout.

PRINTABLE AREA NOTE

The number of stickers per sheet depends on the final sticker size and shape. As a general guide:

1" stickers: up to 12 per sheet
1.5" stickers: about 6 per sheet
2" stickers: about 3 per sheet

Final sheet count may vary slightly based on your artwork, border, and cut shape.

High-resolution files work best. Screenshots, blurry images, tiny web graphics, or heavily compressed images may print soft or pixelated.

For QR code stickers:
Please send a clean, high-contrast QR code. Black on white is best. I will include it in the proof so you can test it before printing.

Clean, classic sticker look. Recommended for most designs.

No border
Available when the artwork allows it.

PROOFING

One proof is included with every order.

One minor revision is included, such as:
Adjusting the border
Changing the size slightly
Fixing placement
Improving spacing
Checking QR code layout

Major design changes, redraws, logo recreation, cleanup, or multiple revisions may require an added design fee.

Outdoor exposure varies by surface, weather, sun exposure, and handling. These are durable laminated stickers, but they are not guaranteed as permanent outdoor industrial labels.

By placing an order, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to print it.

Customer-submitted artwork is printed as provided. Sticker Dissent is not affiliated with any brand, fandom, campaign, hashtag, public figure, company, or organization unless clearly stated.

I reserve the right to decline artwork that I cannot or do not want to print.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Because these are custom printed items, cancellations are only available before proof approval.

Once you approve the proof and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a production error.
